Prestige Royale Mobility

Booking policy

Terms and Conditions.

Important conditions for quotations, confirmed bookings, payment and travel with Prestige Royale Mobility.

01

Quotations and bookings

A website enquiry or client-portal request is not a confirmed booking. A journey is confirmed only after Prestige Royale Mobility accepts the request in writing and any stated payment requirement has been met. Quotations are based on the details supplied and remain valid for the period shown on the quotation.

02

Prices and additional charges

Prices are quoted in South African rand unless stated otherwise. The quotation will identify the journey and included services. Changes to the route, waiting time, extra stops, parking, tolls, airport charges, accommodation or other costs not included in the accepted quotation may be charged additionally after being communicated to the client.

03

Payment

Payment timing, deposit requirements and accepted methods are stated on the quotation or invoice. The client must use the document number as a payment reference where requested. A booking may remain unconfirmed until cleared payment or proof acceptable to Prestige Royale Mobility is received.

04

Changes, delays and cancellations

Tell us promptly if journey details change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability and any price adjustment. Cancellation and refund terms will be stated on the quotation or booking confirmation. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security events, flight changes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect timing.

05

Passenger responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate pickup, destination, timing and passenger information.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and follow reasonable chauffeur safety instructions.
  • Use seatbelts and ensure children travel in legally appropriate restraints supplied by the client unless agreed otherwise.
  • Do not smoke, use illegal substances, carry prohibited items or behave in a dangerous, abusive or unlawful manner.
  • Take reasonable care of the vehicle and pay for cleaning or damage caused by a passenger beyond normal use.
06

Luggage and personal belongings

Tell us about unusual or excessive luggage before confirmation so the correct vehicle can be arranged. Personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility. We will make reasonable efforts to return items found in a vehicle but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage except where required by law.

07

Service refusal and termination

A chauffeur may refuse to begin or may end a journey where conduct creates a safety risk, is unlawful, is abusive, may damage the vehicle, or materially breaches these terms. No refund is due where a service is ended because of the passenger’s serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

08

Liability and applicable law

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. Subject to those rights, Prestige Royale Mobility is not responsible for indirect loss or events beyond reasonable control. These conditions are governed by South African law.
