How we responsibly collect, use, protect and retain personal information throughout your journey with us.

Our commitment

Prestige Royale Mobility respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African law. This notice explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

  • Identity and contact details, including your name, email address and phone number.
  • Company and billing information supplied for quotations or invoices.
  • Journey information, including pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count and travel requirements.
  • Account, correspondence and pricing messages exchanged through the client portal.
  • Technical and security information reasonably required to operate and protect our digital services.

Why we process information

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare, manage and complete requested journeys.
  • To issue quotations, invoices and service communications.
  • To maintain client accounts, trip history and customer support.
  • To meet legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention and record-keeping obligations.
  • To improve and secure our website and services where we have a lawful basis to do so.

Sharing and operators

We disclose personal information only when necessary to provide a service, comply with law, protect legitimate interests, or when you authorise us. This may include authorised staff, chauffeurs and carefully selected technology, communications, payment, accounting or professional-service providers acting under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as required for the purpose collected, our contractual relationship, legitimate business records, or a legal obligation. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Your rights

  • Ask whether we hold your personal information and request access to it.
  • Request correction or deletion where the law permits.
  • Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Complain to our Information Officer or the Information Regulator of South Africa if your concern is not resolved.

Cross-border processing

If a service provider processes information outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient is subject to an appropriate legal basis and safeguards consistent with POPIA.
